External extension piece
Joins two tubes of the same diameter. No horizontal loading. As an alternative, the internal connector type 150 is available.

Installation
Push the tube into the fitting, align it and tighten the supplied stainless steel self-tapping screw to the stated tightening torque. The screw cuts its own thread into the tube – no pre-drilling, no thread cutting, no welding. An Allen key is the only tool required.
Note: Under dynamic loading, check the screwed connections for tightness at regular intervals and re-tighten them. Not suitable for use in scaffolding construction.
