Stainless steel pipe connectors to push-fit and bond
Tube joints for stainless steel railings that need no welder: cut the tube to length, deburr, degrease, apply adhesive, push together. No heat tint, no re-grinding, no weakened corrosion protection – and no visible seam.
The surface is ground to grit 240 throughout and so matches standard stainless steel tube. The fit is matched to the bond line of anaerobic retaining adhesives (LOCTITE 638, 648 or equivalent, with activator).

For round tube Ø 21,3 · 26,9 · 33,7 · 42,4 · 48,3 · 60,3 mm and square tube 25×25, 30×30 and 40×40 mm. As well as the diameter, always check the wall thickness – it determines the fit.
V2A or V4A
V2A (1.4301) is the standard for indoor use and normal outdoor locations. V4A (1.4401/1.4571) is molybdenum-alloyed and considerably more resistant to chlorides – the right choice near the coast, at swimming pools and where road salt is used. Use the material filter at the top to filter specifically for V2A or V4A.
How this differs from the malleable cast iron range
The TÜV type approval and the tested load values apply exclusively to the hot-dip galvanised pipe connectors in malleable cast iron. No such test values exist for the stainless steel parts; the structural design is the responsibility of the person building it.
