Stainless steel tube fittings – push-fit and bonded
Tube connections for stainless steel railings that need no welding set: cut the tube to length, deburr, degrease, apply adhesive, push home. No heat tint, no re-grinding, no weakened corrosion protection – and no visible seam.
The surface is brushed, grit 240 throughout and therefore matches standard commercial stainless steel tube. The fit is matched to the bond gap of anaerobic retaining adhesives (LOCTITE 638, 648 or equivalent, with activator).

For round tube Ø 21.3 · 26.9 · 33.7 · 42.4 · 48.3 · 60.3 mm and for square tube 25×25, 30×30 and 40×40 mm. Besides the diameter, always check the wall thickness – it determines the fit.
V2A or V4A
Stainless steel 304 (V2A, 1.4301) is the standard for interiors and normal outdoor locations. Stainless steel 316 (V4A, 1.4401/1.4571) is molybdenum-alloyed and considerably more resistant to chlorides – the right choice near the coast, at swimming pools and where road salt is used. Use the material filter above to filter specifically for V2A or V4A.
How this differs from the malleable iron range
The TÜV type test and the tested load values apply exclusively to the hot-dip galvanised tube clamp fittings in malleable cast iron. No such test values exist for the stainless steel parts; sizing the structure is the responsibility of whoever builds it.
